Returns:
30 Day Exchange or Refund. You are welcome to cancel or return any unused item for the first 30 days. However, we cannot return your shipping and handling charges, in any case. You will also be charged a 20% restocking fee. Customer is also responsible for any return shipping charges. Due to fraud attempts the return transaction is not complete until we have inspected the merchandise and deem it new and unused. Any attempt to send used merchandise will be considered gift and no further action will be taken.
Cancelled Orders and Order Changes:
Orders can be cancelled or changed with no penalty to you up until the time we apply postage and send you an email confirmation that the package is being shipped. Once the postage is placed on the shipment and an email is sent to you we can not interfere with the shipment. Doing so creates an undue risk on our part that the changes or cancellation has been handled correctly. It's the customer's responsibility to ensure that the order was placed properly.

Credit Cards:
By entering your credit card number on our website you give us permission to charge or authorize your credit card for up to the amount of the initial order. Authorizations also include orders that contain submission errors. If a submission error occurs be aware that your credit card bank may reserve these funds for up to 10 days after the order error took place....even though an order was not technically placed. To reduce submission errors please make sure that the address provided on the "Billing Information" screen is the address that your monthly credit card statement is mailed (billed) to. If needed, an additional screen is provided for a different shipping address.
Product Warranty:
1 Year Limited Warranty on all products from date of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping fees for the return of all merchandise either defective or otherwise. Cat5eCableguy.com reserves the right to either replace or repair defective item.
Warranty Information: Cat5eCableguy.com warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for (1) year from the date of original purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all products by Cat5eCableguy.com have a minimum 1 Year Limited Product Warranty. The warranty is issued to the original purchaser only, and is not transferable in any way at any time. If any failure to conform to this warranty becomes apparent during the warranty period, purchaser shall promptly notify and return such defective product to Cat5eCableguy.com (F.O.B. 1835A S Centre City Blvd #449, Escondido, CA 92025) together with proof of purchase to establish such claim after being given an RMA number by Cat5eCableguy.com. All products sold for Resale, unless otherwise stated, come with a (1) Year Limited Product Warranty.
This warranty shall not apply to any damage or product for failure that is caused by conditions beyond Cat5eCableguy.com's control, including but not limited to, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper installation or application, alteration, acts of God, or normal wear and tear. Cat5eCableguy.com shall not be liable for any costs of removal or installation. Cat5eCableguy.com's sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective item at Cat5eCableguy.com's discretion.
Disclaimer:
If product is deemed defective upon arrival we are not responsible for any fees above the original purchase price of the item. It is the customer's responsibility to test product before under going installation.
Legal Action Policy -(Further Explained in Terms of Service (TOS) below):
The Buyer consents that the exclusive venue of any legal action which in any way concerns our Products will be the San Diego County, California or at Cat5eCableguy.com's discretion to any surrounding California Counties. The parties further agree that all disputes are governed by California Law, and any grievance must be filed within 12 months of the date of shipment of the Products to Buyer. Moreover, if Cat5eCableGuy.com or current owner of the website brings a claim or counterclaim against Buyer, Buyer agrees that Cat5eCableGuy.com or current owner of website may recover from the Buyer all reasonable costs and attorneys fees.
Refusal of Service:
Cat5eCableguy.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
